Biography:  Dr.  Patrick Caballero, D.Min.

Dr. Caballero received his Doctorate Degree in Christian Counseling on June 4, 2005.  Dr. Caballero also has a Masters of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies from Tyrannus University of Biblical Studies College of Theology & Divinity.  In 2005, he also completed the American Academy of Crisis Counseling Level I & II Course.  In 1989, Dr. Caballero received his Associate Degree from Central Texas, College, Killeen, TX.  He is also a graduate of Liberty High School, May 1978.

 

Dr. Caballero accepted his call into the Ministry on January 31, 2002 and preached his first sermon and was licensed to preach God’s Word at Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church on February 24, 2002.  He was Ordained Minister of the Gospel on March 28, 2004. Dr. Caballero grew up in the Catholic Church.  He accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and was baptized in January 1980 at St John Missionary Baptist Church, Lawton, OK.  Dr. Caballero was the Co-Founder of Ansbach National Baptist Church, Ansbach, Germany in January 1991.  He was also, Ordained as Deacon on October 25, 1992, where he served as Chairman of the Deacon from 1993 – 1994 and Trustee from 1992 – 1994.

 

Dr. Caballero served as Associate Minister, Marriage Ministry Director, a faithful Sunday School Teacher for the Men’s Class, Dean of Curriculum and Seminary Instructor for Equipping the Saint’s School of Ministry at Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.  He also served as a Seminary Instructor at Mountain Top Institute, Richmond, TX and Institute for Teaching God’s Word School of Ministry, Rockdale, TX.  Dr. Caballero was elected President of the Dickinson Ministerial Alliance on January 9, 2006, which he served for one year.  He also started an e-mail ministry about three years ago with only one or two people.  The ministry has grown into the hundreds.  It is sent to people all over the world to include soldiers fighting in Iraq and students at major universities.  Dr. Caballero is also very involved with Family Ministry and Outreach Ministry.

 

Dr. Caballero was called to be the Pastor at Hope Christian Center Church, League City, Texas on May 7, 2006.  The church was later renamed True Living Word Christian Church under his leadership.  Dr. Caballero believes in teaching and preaching God’s Word.  God has placed him in a vineyard of loving and caring members.

 

Dr. Caballero entered the United States Army (Military Police Corps) on October 10, 1978 and retired on December 1, 1998 as a Sergeant First Class. 

 

Dr. Caballero is married to the former Rose Stephens since August 17, 1979.  They are the proud parents of one son, Patrick Jr. They also have four Goddaughters, Ashanti Lewis, April Coffie, Devine Jackson, and Brittney Monroe and one God-son Marquest Thomas.
